Don't let your engineering brain rot in the age of AI

7 years ago we built a small side project over the weekend and it became product of the day on PH, extension is simple, we aggregate coding snippets with explanations and with every new tab you open it will give you new snippet depending on your preferences, it gained around 20k developers in first year, and we slowly focused more on our day to day works and did not do a lot of updates on it But recently we noticed that number of people visiting our page increased and number of page views on the

Typical SaaS Churn Rate: How Bootstrapped Founders Can Benchmark and Protect Their Runway

The chain is too public. He was right. A decade later, the identity-on-blockchain conversation has matured. Most credible identity projects no longer propose storing personal data on chain. The cryptography has gotten more refined; the architectural discipline has improved; the lessons of "let's just put everything

How TF do you get paying SaaS customers?

I'm in pain trying to get customers through cold email, marketing posts, videos etc... I know I have a useful product - cloud coding agents at repobird.ai but I can't get paying customers. I get some user sign-ups here and there but they seem to only use up free credits and peace out. I ask for feedback through emails and other means, nobody cares enough to do it - even when offering free credits. I just want to make a valuable product for customers and iterate/improve on it with their feedback.
